The 5-axis work head, equipped with a 13 kW HSD electric spindle, has continuous 360° rotation in both vertical and horizontal axes and allows you to machine parts with complex shapes, while ensuring quality, precision and durability.

SET UP ASSISTANCE

This system provides easy, fast and controlled manual positioning of the locking systems. Linear sensors on the working surface and a collision monitoring and warning function prevent all kinds of collisions.

FEEDBACK POSITIONING SYSTEM

It is the result of the further development of the EPS system with the addition of linear sensors that allow real-time tracking of the carriages, reducing the time required to position them.

DEPENDING ON THE DIFFERENT REQUIREMENTS, APPROPRIATE WORKING SURFACES ARE PROVIDED

Synchro is a loading and unloading device that turns the Rover machining center into a fully automatic system capable of stacking panels independently without the need for any operator intervention:

1. Eliminates the risk of damage when working with heavy panels that would otherwise require the help of two operators
2. It is easy to use because the work program of the machining center also contains instructions for controlling Synchro
3. It has small dimensions and can be installed on the right or left side of the machining center
   Available in different configurations, depending on the size of the panels to be machined and where they are stacked.
